I love this kind of music. I tried to do something similar once, but I don't have a knack for it. :( I may post it some time.

The mix is perfect on this. I hear what they are saying about the drums, but they sit in the mix perfectly and I wouldn't have noticed if someone didn't bring it up.

BTW ... I had that 8-track. Can't tell by your pic, but if I remember correctly, I think it's a young Waylon Jennings. Probably wrong. :)
