I spent some time looking for help on the Internet for tips on fine-tuning the infamous MiniMogue VA VST, and in the process, discovered that there was a 2.3 version release at some point (2010).
Although it is easy to find a download source for 2.1, later versions seem impossible to find.
The Internet Wayback Machine came through for me at this location:

I just thought I'd pass it on. I've no idea how long it will remain a viable download source.
 
Update:
The MiniMogueVA.dll is a different size than my older 2.1 version, but still says 2.1 in the UI. I *think* I've loaded the correct version of the dll... and I wouldn't have expected the UI to change, but that older version number makes me suspi-cious.
 
The more CPU-hungry MiniMogueLUXUS is definitely 2.3 and says so in the UI.
 

Aren't those still 32-bit only applications?
 
I used to LOVE the MinnogueVA, but began to have weird errors when running it in 64-bit Sonar X3e in Windows 8.1
 
If there is a 64-bit version of it out there, I would most definitely love to be able to use it.
