G'day Terry,

Nice tune, sad about your son. I understand the feelings of writing something under those feelings. As I am sure many others do. Mind me asking what piano that was played on?. And please don't tell me that is done via notation in the staves like Larry... LOL.

Cheers,

Tony

Terry, I was just thinking of you, too, and hoping you'd post something again soon. Sorry you've been working so much.   I'll keep your son in my prayers...and all of you, that you'll have peace and strength in this waiting time.

This is just beautiful...it amazes me what just comes out of you spontaneously.  I love this!
Tony...he played it live...and probably only this time, knowing him. :)

Thanks again for the kind words, prayers, and well wishes. Edward is currently recovering well from the operation although his new kidney has not 'woken up' yet - this is not unusual and it's only been 4 full days since the operation was finished.

A couple of quick replies while I'm here:
Tony: I use a Yamaha Clavinova CLP-130 which has an amazingly realistic touch and sound. I record the audio line out direct to Sonar and then add a little bit of reverb to give it some space. And as Janet suggested, I played it live.

Janet: Yup, you know me well - I played it live. It was my fourth play through that was the one I recorded although the piece really didn't change much from the initial inspiration.

Thanks again, your generosity of spirit is overwhelming.

Cheers,
Terry.
