I picked them up day 1 after reading reviews by people who were comparing them against the UAD comparable plugins. Not a single regret and I love how it's open ended for more modules in the future. The only thing that would make it better IMO would be if they made it prochannel compatible. ;)

I believe they are working on getting VCC to be included in VMR.
 
Besides all that, VCC has never been glitchy for me. 
 
Then again, I am adolt when it comes to this stuff. 
 
Mebee I use all wrong.

The only issues I've experienced w/ VCC (bearing in mind that I've only had it for a couple of weeks) are:
 
Lack of an AAX version
Enabled "Group" status isn't reflected in copied instances of the plug-in. Not sure if that's exclusive to the AU version or not. 
 
I imagine they're working on a AAX compatibility update which should also provide a bunch of bug fixes.
 
 
 
 

That's the deal breaker for me. I'm not buying another Slate product until the overdue AAX version of VCC is out.

I guess I get the freebie. Really, I have several versions of the 1176, SSL eq, Neve eq covered by UAD and Waves. Not going to say, not ever but definitely not yet.
