Hi Wookiee,
Wow, really nice. Loved that floor tom in the left channel...what did you use? It's funny, I usually mix drums from drummer perspective (no idea why...it's just where I naturally gravitate) and so I spent about 60 seconds trying to figure out what was different before I realized it was just the floor tom in a different spot than what I'm used to :)

I had a listen to "Entropy" as well...you really have a nice video game theme thing going on.

Now you just need a singer

Dean:  Thanks for the listen to both.

The drums are Superior Drummer NY Avatar 1.  Though I used to be a drummer I always Pan from a front of house perspective, just to throw a curve ball into the pie every now and then my twin,  who is left handed, gets to play the drums.

Love this, John - very nice soundscape. The sounds you've picked all mesh together really well. There's something nagging at me, the lead synth and the toms are reminding me of some other track... I think it might be a Mike Oldfield track but I'm not sure.

Anyway, great track - I really enjoyed it, even the manic bit in the middle!

EDIT It was about 5½ minutes in to Incantations Part 1 by Mike Oldfield that this was reminding me of... but when I listen to it now it really doesn't sound the same. Memory's a funny thing. Cheers,
Terry.

Terry:  Thanks for the listen, MO's Incantations not one I have listened to in a long time or to in any amount.  As for memory being funny I can only agree.

Difenilately has that last summer dance sound. Everything fit together just nicely and the drums you chose for this fit in very well. Very tribal effect to this number and a nice production as well. Nice choices on the instrumentation. Nicely done. Peace be with you. Blessings, John
