Not sure how I missed this one. Nice work James - it's a brave subject to tackle and you have taken it on in with a unique style.
 
Hey thanks Daryl , yea the subject matter is a tough one for most people to swallow . I was afraid the lyrics might scare people away because theres not
alot of this stuff written in lyric form out there , most people would rather listen
to love songs or some other type of songs that doesn't have anything to do with drugs , HIV , crime and dying .
 
With me watching a movie that is based on a true events I enjoy the most .  Things that happen in real life people remember
instead of made up stories so why not write about whats happening right now.
John Lennon was a good example , his songs many of them were written about life the way he saw things around him while he was living and things he read about in the paper or saw on the news .

I don't recall many vocal songs from you.... and I really like what you did here. 

I like songs that address important topics of the day and this is certainly one of them.

Thanks Herb , your right I hardly sing at all even in the shower . In some way I felt the need to get this message out using my music and voice , I hope my song will touch a life of a empty kid or man who is addicted to drugs on the street or someone who is picking up women on the street who might have Aids or HIV .
Maybe some one out there who runs across this song on SoundClick will get the message , theres no life in drug addiction and crime .
