You're right, this music almost weeps.  Such a melancholy song, yet delightful to listen to, nonetheless.

Sadness, longing and memories? Man! You're in my wheelhouse!

However, I don't really like the tune too much :-(

And it didn't play very well on that streaming site. 

That percussive "thing" is too loud, and the drums are too soft. 

And those notes out of the scale "hurt my brain..." Like trying to clean your ears with an ice pic? 

Sorry, tough love. You always hurt the ones you love. I love you man?

Very unique and interesting sounding instrumental which definitely conveys an emotional sense of sadness.
 
You've got a good arrangement, nicely textured synths and very creative composition.  It's always amazing how music can portray one's emotions and feelings even without using words.
