And after starting to build a session in it "after hours" last night - I think I'll need to order a book from Amazon or something to get up to speed. Not that it's hard to use, but I just don't have the patience. I'm used to being quick and efficient, so spending 2 minutes trying to figure out how to split-drag-copy is a pain...
The good news is that I may very well have found THE channel strip I was looking for. Works and sound great and I love the layout. Too bad that it's locked in PT, but I do intend on using it to mix many of my projects, so it isn't all that bad.
The EQ graph reminds me of something you guys have in Sonar.
Speaking of which - now that the DAW is on another computer, maybe I could run Bootcamp and Sonar on the MacBook. This would allow me to recover a couple of projects saved as Cakewalk bundle files.
