I worked in software production before.  been there done that.  grewling hours when your trying to meet deadlines.

Should we call it X4 or Xiv?

I would like to visit for a day but I don't think I would last long there. Certainly wish I had the skills to make plugins though.

I think most IT pros are working in fields that aren't that inspiring.  Data management and analysis is a PITA, unless you really love it.  There are people that will love the products being built and deployed, and some who always wanted to be doing something else but working in a personally unfulfilling market segment.  
I'm just glad the video had english captions because my german is rusty, my japanese is nil.
