Found it!  In EXE colors, and I did a search for the word "focused."  Essentially..

Run installer in Windows 7 compatibility mode or it may not install Duckbar correctly.  There may be other issues, too, but I have not yet confirmed if reported problems are Windows 8.1 or configuration specific.
 
General system requirements:

• Windows XP SP3 or newer
• .NET 4.0 Framework Client Profile
• Administrator privileges.

1. Mod Patcher - apply built-in or 3rd party [graphical] mods (it can tweak many other resource types, too)
2. EXE Colors - edit all SONAR colors not available in the SONAR Preferences
3. Runtime Colors [disalbed in the new version]
4. Colors - edit SONAR Preferences colors in the "Duckbar way"
5. Skylight Graphics Filter - batch edit SONAR interface graphics (adjust contrast, brightness, hue, gamma, etc.)
6. My Sky - add graphics dynamically in SONAR interface (for advanced users)
7. Extract Graphics Resources - quick way to extract SONAR interface graphics as PNG and BMP files for editing (drag and drop images over Duckbar to send them back to SONAR)
8. Resource Editor - new way to edit SONAR graphics resources and interface texts.

I forgot to mention built-in Kvak programming language, Picture Cache management, Duckbar Protection (to make restore points of SONAR files), Recent project files manager, Runtime buttons in Piano roll, Staff view, Playlist view and Console view, ability to hide track view menubar and empty multidock bar to get more screen estate, full screen mode in SONAR X1, etc.

In Floating toolbar there is one interesting button: the "hat" button which opens Track President.
In Track President you can batch freeze/unfreeze selected audio tracks and soft synths. This is not possible natively in SONAR!
 
So if you want to freeze ALL your 50 audio tracks and 20 synths, just select tracks and click the Freeze button in Track President. And go make some coffee.
