the tuning is unusual,with a dropped D,and the top E being tuned half a step down to E flat.

Nice exploration of that tuning! I used to listen to koto stuff a lot and that reminded me of how fun it is to get out of the normal mindset and just go exploring!
    The guitar sounds nice and if you are thinking of koto, then the reverb is dead on for that. Congrats! Michael

Nice Kev, sounds like something is about to go down in some western movie. The tone of the guitar was really sweet. 

I was expecting the Track to leap into a full on strumming session at the end which would have been cool.

Very pleasant nice bit of playing.

This piece is short but sweet.  It left me wanting more.  You did a nice job of recording the guitar; it sounded like it was right next to me as I was listening.  The ambience was nice, too, not too much nor too little.  Well done, Kev.

yeah tunings rock man  !!!!I dont know much koto,but I think I've heard it and understand the vibe a little.For sure its great to step outside the safe boundaries once in  while :))) cheers fella
