I just wanted to say that Wavesfactory are the best - my Hard Drive crapped out and I am in the process of re-installing Kontakt and the many instruments I own.
I just went on their online customer service chat (6.55pm on a Thursday night) and within 5 minutes they emailed all of the links I need to download.
i have always loved their no nonsense, decently priced instruments but what GREAT customer service.
They have made a pain in the arse situation somewhat better

Wavesfactory is one of the best around. I love the fact that in a time when everyone is trying to get every single articulation and twist into their instruments these guys just make products that work. :)
