Only in America. Reminds me of the California woman who sued her neighbor for slander after he'd called her "litigious".
 
Maybe now I can move forward with my claim on they key of A minor. Bapu, the cease-and-desist order will be in the mail. IANAL, but I think if they grant me Am I get the key of C as well.

My favorite....woman who sued after getting a CT Scan and said she lost her psychic abilities.
I believe the jury awarded her a judgement, but it was overturned later.

Whenever you call a psychic hotline premium rate phone number (not that I ever have, you understand) why do they not answer by saying..  "Ahh, Hello (insert name here) I've been expecting your call, you're late..." ?

How can they be sued when the individuals are protected under a corporate haven?
 
I mean the corporation is dissolved now innit?
