It sounded really thin. Some of the synth tones came across as sounded a bit cheesey. It may help if you could fatten them up a little. Removing the cat from your synth may help too. It did have a nice rhythm though, upbeat.

Very good work...sounds like pro level recording to me.  I have also floated down the Buffalo before. I have a sister in law that lives in Mountain home, AR...it's just a short drive away. A few weeks ago we went to Dawt Mill in Missouri. You should check it out sometime, it's a nice place. Who knows what songs may come!

Dawt Mill.  Johnson's shutins south of St. Louis are another of my favorite swimming holes.  Keep up the good work.

It sounds good, I like your choices of texture and layers.   It is an interesting composition.   Good mix, I don't hear any distortion although I am listening on my laptop so maybe it just isn't coming across.
