I pulled my Univibe out tonite to jam with. I fell in love with that sound when I first heard it in 70' on Hendrix's machine gun. I can lay down a drum and bass groove and go to town. I just played over a an hour but it seemed like a few minutes to me. The feeling I get with the Strat.  It's what I play for

i have a fulltone mini deja vibe.
it's one of my favorite pedals.
i get the same effect

the hendrix influence will always be there.....
but my first pedal was a crybaby, and it will always be my number one effect.

The two pedals I care for, a wah and a univibe.

Took me quite some time before I could play a Univibe emulation, but a wah wasn't as elusive. In fact, it was my very first pedal.

First time I tried a Univibe emulation, I must have played Machine Gun for over 2 hours...

I love that picture Rain! Just jamming out rhythms with a univibe sounds good.

Unfortunately, this one isn't mine - can't remember what happened with my own - probably gave it to a friend when I got my Cry Baby, which I also gave to a friend.

I miss a wah - the Pod w/ its expression pedal and wah models just isn't the same.

Hendrix inspired me to get my Vox chrome top wah and my Roger Mayer Rocket Octavia. I still need to grab a Univibe though.

It was a toss up between the wah, which I love and could have bought in Dallas, or the univibe. I talked to Roger Mayer in person to get the univibe. I couldn't afford anything like that now.  I glad I did. I've had it for 20 years. I don't take it or my Rosas out of the house.
