And again? markno999's skills and talents... They are non-trival...

I have tremendous respect for Mark's talents regarding mixing and mastering? Something I am still trying to learn...

But different people have different takes on the same thing? It doesn't mean it's right or wrong? It's just different...

Mmmmm, the hook cums?

I just wrote a tune?

I shared it w/Janet and some others.

It will be "epic..." It comes? It's called all the soft truths...

But again? I believe music? I believe music speaks to us...

I believe music? I believe it speaks to us... I believe we hear music? And what we enjoy?

I believe it becoms part of us...

It's funny, when you listen to something that people colaborate on? And you listen to version A, and then version B?

It's interesting...

Again, Mark it a very talentened engineer/producer? So My version is presented as "different?" And well, it's my take?

I try to get better at presenting my poo? Still, it's my poo... My goal is to make it better.

And by "blah"

What I mean to say? Is how much I appreciate everyone's input? And how folks input are all different? But all valuable.

Most collaborations, at least that I've been involved in, end at version A.  Rarely do you hear version A then version B.  The people I collaborate with all give their input and release a song when they think it's done.  In my case I move on to writing another song to do a Version A of.  These songs, if picked up by a producer or artist will all be done over by the big time studios.  So, do I let a version A go through needing a tweek here and there.  Yeah.  Should I?  I don't know.

I like this, Rob, but I like a lot of Mark's version better.
Vocals sound great slowed down, but I think it sounded better sped up.
Here is what bothers me: the ride is like RIGHT HERE, the toms are right next to them with little to no room feel, dampened beyond recognition, and then then the snare is recorded in an ampitheatre. Any of these approaches will work, but usually not together. And the highs of the kick is shaded right. Or is that a tom?

Hey, Robby, are you ok?

Hi, Robby, I hadn't heard either version until now, and my first and major impression is how good the vocals are.  It's a great tune anyway, but the vocals just hit me right.  Anything else about this production can be elastic as far as I'm concerned.  Bravo!
