It all looked legit until I scrolled down the page and saw Omnisphere, Trillian, complete Waves collection and Cubase all listed for $20 each. I doubt very much that this is a legitimate source.
 
UPDATE: I did a little checking, and it seems iOffer is an eBay type operation except that unlike eBay they don't ask any questions of their sellers, nor do they take any responsibility for making sure you actually get what you ordered. The actual sellers are known only to iOffer, and may be nothing more than an email address in Nigeria.

I don't believe that this is legit.
I ordered the Waves All Plugins Bundle For Windows & Mac Osx.
When it is sent I will tell everyone how it worked out.
I can always get my money back from paypal.

[Installation]
1.Burn or mount the image.
2.Install the products you want.
To install all products, choose below :
- All Sound Grid blah blah (Optional. Only if you use MultiRack/SoundGrid)
- Mercury
- SSL 4000 Collection
- Waves: Abbey Road - The Kings Microphones
- Waves: Abbey Road - Reel ADT
- Waves: Abbey Road - J37
- Waves: Abbey Road - RS56
- GTR Solo (Optional. Full GTR is included in Mercury)
- WavesTune LT (Optional. Full WavesTune is included in Mercury)
3.Run our patch and start patching with admin rights.
Patching may take long time if your computer is dirty or old.
4.Copy patched WaveShells to your VST/VST3/RTAS plugins dir.

[Cleaning]
If you want to clean up the rigistry before installing,
1.Uninstall previous version.
2.Delete installation folder
3.Delete following registry keys below :
32bit : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Waves
64bit : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Waves

[Unpack WaveShell]
You can unpack the WaveShell with inluded Shell2Vst tool.
 
I think this says enough about the origin of the files.

That had warez written all over it. Reminds me of this Russian based site that used to offer software at ridiculous prices, but gave a somewhat plausible story of distributing oem software for computer builders. My curiosity got the best and I recieved a package similar to dan.

Waves mercury for 20 bucks. There's just no way and I bet they sell about 10000 of them. Hope everyone who installs it gets some sort of virus.

I'm leaving it visible purely as a warning for people that this is not a legitimate offer.
