Just to be a bit more clear on this, this isn't an Arp that you can manipulate or change settings on, but rather they're actual Presets (more useful/musical) and I believe was developed by B Rock (one of our expert Sonarites).
The per-track arpeggiator is deeply configurable, but became partially crippled when it was ported to Sonar from Project5. While Sonar can import *.ptn files, it can't save/export them. The only "current" option is to use an old archived version of Project5 to generate & customize arpeggiator base patterns.
The solution is quite simple: Either a 'save as .ptn' feature in Sonar's File menu, or a 'Load Preset *.mid' option in the arpeggiator. Then one could use all of the current Sonar features (like the PRV, Step Sequencer, MFX, etc.) as a fully-featured "arpeggiator editor".
To be fair, there are a ton of .ptn files shipping with Sonar, and the arp parameter variations are very extensive. But that's not the same as creating your own base files (wide-open options there). A prime candidate for
