When Was the New Bar Opened?
It was never "opened". It was simply set too high... so everyone simply staggered in right under it.
On a heavier note: Why does someone always get the Best Answer award before all the answers are in?
For instance, I KNOW my answer is waaaay better than the Best one, but now I'll never get the award because the Answer Judge has already
been paid off made his choice.
