I hear ya Steve.
I respect Daves opinion but I don't agree with it.
I think it's great that different packages are offered and for those that don't like "marketing" then they can always
just get the CD and that's just not being done by Pink Floyd.
 
At Pink Floyds site there are also (different from Amazon) packages for Endless River with t-shirts that can be pre-ordered. Also some cool info about the artwork.
