My understanding is that after Monday posters will be required to use vi to edit posts, as CW is migrating to Linux. Remember, backspace is now CTL-D.

Good thing I remember vi!  (I was really hoping for DEC's EDT though - I was an absolute video-game-like expert at that one!)
 
Actually, I miss a good editor.  Everything uses a word processor style now, even the LSE's...

Dinosaur. I migrated to emacs years ago.
 
True story. I wrote all my early technical documentation entirely in emacs before moving to the PC and discovering the joys of WordPerfect for DOS. It would be a few more years before I signed up for the required lobotomy to qualify for Microsoft Word.

My start was on an HP2000 in 1971.  No screen (monitor), just a teletype.  Editor?  What editor?  

True story. I was doing SCO-Unix work and got Epsilon's emacs editor. Did it for so long that I ended getting the DOS version then the Windows version.
 
Stopped using it in 2011.
 
Yesterday I used vi on an ubuntu install. I felt 12 years old again.

Adjustments have been made for the iPhone 6... Also icons may look a little bendy..
