Hi! I'm using V-studio 100 with Ableton live 8, as makie control. Everything works fine, except the Daw full assign mode (universal mode) : If knobs are working well, buttons (as eq/view/marker/loop, ect) are recognised as notes (d4 d4# f5 ect...). So strange and very disturbing ! Ps : same problem using energyXT. Pc : Sonar Vs100/usb2 - Yamaha S80 connected in midi to vs100 W7x64 Ableton live 8 - i7 2700k, 16 gb ram Please help !

The ACT controls send information over MIDI. I'm not sure how to do this in Ableton, but you should be able to disable the VS-100 CONTROL (should be named something like that) as a regular midi interface. Some DAWs will do that automatically when you map the ACT controls properly.
