I have had my VS-100 for some time, but never really have had the time to use it. I made the decision to get an Apple platform for photos and music work (hobbyist).
 
I loaded the drivers onto my Mac, but when I tried to download the production pack it said that my serial number was invalid. I am the original owner...using the original DVD...using the sticker on the software.
 
Any ideas about what I am doing wrong???

my only advise is re-read that serial number and make sure you have input the correct #'s

I haven't seen this issue at all nor did a Google search prove anything helpful for me either.

possibly a mac/pc serial abbreviation we might be missing but even that didn't show up in a search.

wish I could be more help.

if at all possible try and install it on a pc just to see if it is a serial issue and that is indeed your problem.

It looks like the tech support is where I need to go.

I had installed the software on my PC and this morning opened it and verified that the serical number that is on that machine is the same as the one on the DVD sleeve I was using.
