Now the funny part - biometric tests and trying to get a new copy of my vaccination record (which was lost when my mother died ages ago).
 
 
But as I just found out, I must make a written request to get a new copy of that record. And they don't have an e-mail address, so I'll have to go old-fashion, send a letter. And then just wait...
 
Free health services come at a price, I guess... Efficiency and modernization are no priorities.

Well, we've been here for 2 years now, so we're a bit more familiar than we were with this country. Honestly, despite the good, the bad and the ugly, we do feel that we belong here a whole lot more than we did back home.
 
And the more time passes, the less we can relate to our old Quebecer fellows. In fact, the only Quebecers we DO identify with are those who've moved here decades ago and never want to go back.
