I don't know how it'll go on BBC but this box set sure turned out great.
Glad I got it when I did...I wouldn't buy it for what it sells for now...if you can find it.

Very nice!

This was my first DP album (a double I believe) I got back in the day and it turned out to be my favourite. I actually got into DP because of this album and learned a lot of songs from it. I might just have to go lookout for a good deal on this box set......

I still have this when I got when it came out..and I was hooked.

i learned literally every lick off the MIJ album.....
 
when i did the "Highway Star" cover with xenophile, i had to 're-learn' all the solo stuff because i only remembered the live version!!

i'll tell you what, it's like listening to a phookin' volcano erupt.
in a good non-life-threatening way...

My favorite of DP was Fireball.
Of course in the years many of these great works were released
there were some that were better for trippin' than others. Fireball and BOT were
that for me....something I haven't seen in the forums here..lol..."best trippin' albums" lol.

Now that is a band. Seen 'em twice the current line up is excellent as well.
