why on earth does this keep happening? it gives a very amateurish impression

It's okay now. I've finished fixing Karyn's iTunes playlist.

Arrghh!!    No no no no..  not MY play lists..  What have you done with my accordion collection??
 
Rain's playlists in the pic...   While the forum was borked it displayed the pic at full res and you could see it had changed all the play lists titles into FRENCH!!!!

Right. I've got it now. Rain's been translated into French, the forum is at full res, your pictures are borked (I guess that's Swedish for "Gnarly"), and you want your iTunes playlists to feature only accordions. I'm not sure about the last part since I think that is a violation of the Geneva Convention, but I'll try to clear it with Legal.
