I can't believe I would have to ask this of YOU Bapsi, but have you tried any of the PHP forums for your question(s)? 
 
Although some IT help forums are no more intelligent than the FSF, some are very good (like Stack Overflow).  I can't recommend a PHP one because my limited interaction with PHP (usually through PHPadmin) hasn't required it.

By the way, I do have a few PHP video tutorials if you're interested.  Most deal with PHP and MySQL, but one is simply Object Oriented Programming with PHP.
