Same here

Mine failed until I turned Avast off during the DL. 
 
What is pissing me off is it appears that you can not license/use the product on your PC unless you register the license to a usb device or an ilok.  If this is the case that I have to have an USB device or ilok inserted to use it things are gonna get serious...

Bummer having to go to work. Will be near midnight when I can struggle with the download.
 
Guess the major question to the first responders,  was it worth the upgrade?
