How come you the forum software creates these double posts, but if you try to post two genuine posts in quick sucession it stops you?
 
As good as Bolder sounds banjo is it is also worth considering RealiBanjo, it has some very cool preformance features.

I pulled the trigger on Bolder... I've been playing with it and trying to figure out all of the articulations, slides, mutes, harmonics, etc... It's pretty cool SW. Most of what I'll do with it, people won't notice? But that's the idea I guess... You want it to sound like a banjo player?  I'm working on a bluegrass classic, and trying to learn the whole forward roll, backward roll, pinch and slide thing... I could learn to play a real banjo? But this will be quicker..
