Did the Notion 5 update and all the new version did was crash. I took all my Presonus software off of my machine. They are dead to me.

I had no problem whatsoever with the update to Notion 5. It was one of the easiest I have ever done. I was so impressed I wrote a post on this forum about it. While I'm at it, it seems like Toontrack has done some cobbling on their update engine as well. I recently bought the Rock! expansion and was pleasantly surprised that everything was so smooth and simple. My hats off to them as far as my experiences, SO FAR!

I actually have Progression 2, but haven't installed it (yet).......Initially, I wanted to get this for my 8 year old to learn a little on notation/midi and basically to just explore the software (come what may....) on a different PC.

I'm still not sure if I should do the $25 upgrade as I haven't even used P2 and don't know if it's worth it????
