Mechanical sharks that transform into super witches.  Throw in a leaking nuclear reactor that creates 1000 lb cockroaches and you have  movie !

(I saw one down on my beach the other day in the surf....a black shadow about 4 or 5 feet long.  A shark I mean, not a mechanical shark that transforms into a super witch....that would be awesome)

Wearing that sunscreen that makes you smell like a seal underwater is probably not a great idea either.

But point this out to the steaming Facebook crowds who think it's just SO adorable and cute, and you're a "hater."

LOL - Man, I was having a beef with the word "hater" only yesterday. Talk about a way to oversimplify and put a label on things. How lazy!

Hater... It's basically name-calling. And just as useless as saying "I'm offended".

I think the word is symptomatic of the infantilism of young adults, especially the Millennial generation, along with an obsession with cupcakes and everything being fricken "adorable" and "like OMG soooo cute!!"

Basically anyone who disagrees with them or refuses to kowtow to their every whim "hates" them. So where does this idea come from? Childhood adolescence. It's how kids respond when you deny them something.

No you can't borrow the car: "Why do you HATE me?"
No you can't stay out late: "Why do you HATE me?"
No you can't have new sneakers: "Why do you HATE me?"

Whereas previous generations would, on the whole, grow out of this emotional immaturity, it now persists into adulthood. Hence the use of the word "hater" for anyone who disagrees with them.

I read an article recently about how Millennial girls have adopted the speech patterns of small children. And I hear this every day on the subway.

Today has brought us another insufferably stupid case of viral stupidity. This time in the shape of a video which purports to show an Akita dog trying to "revive" some dead fish by flicking water on them with its nose. I swear to God I am dizzy after reading some of the comments people have left for this video: "OMG I have a lump in my throat right now"....."if this doesn't prove the compassion of dogs then what does"....."dogs are far more intelligent and loving than humans"......"wow it's like he understands what fish need to survive" etc. Please wake me up when this Age of Stupidity is over!

The dog is obviously trying to bury or cover these tasty fish to hide them for later. That's what dogs do. It's going through its pre-programmed burial motions and has no idea that water isn't going to work. How many times have you seen a dog take a poop on solid concrete and then make digging motions with its back legs to try to cover it, even though digging solid concrete is futile? Don't get me wrong I love dogs and I think they're intelligent and compassionate in many ways, but this is one area in which they just blindly follow their instinct. And they certainly don't know anything about fish biology. LOL! Give me strength.....

Seems to me wherever you go to see these comments is the problem.
