Sonik Synth 2 is one of my favorite libraries of all time. Definitely the first I recommend followed closely by Miroslav Philharmonik.

The complete Miroslav is a steal. I have 3 licenses and got them via freebees.  Sonar will run the 32 bit versions. You would have to get ST 3 if you want 64 bit.   These do not use a lot of memory requiring 64 bit.  Since few DAWs have their own bit bridge that was one of the reasons for ST3.

I picked Miroslav Philharmonik. full edition which I missed  last time it was on sale.
I know it is a bit dated but for just over $30 I am sure I can get some use out of it.

I like the Phil. It's not got the crystal clean bite of the new orchestras but that's a plus for me. It has a bit of warmth.

I'm not sure if this will apply or not, but ESOUNDZ usually adds an extra giveaway (library set etc...) with the IK promotion.
In the past, I've purchased most of my IK stuff through them and got a bunch of useful libraries.
