Can anyone tell me if I use this on a 2-buss if I need to put an instance on a split buss for right and left - or - is this a natural stereo and/or mono plug? I can't find anything in the documentation about this.

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks Zo.

I did try putting 2 separate instances on 2 busses routing left to one and right to the other. The sound was different. More pronounced - but I can say which was better. One instance on the 2 buss or 2 separate busses.

Good to know the that it can handle stereo or mono though. Love the plug...

if i understand you're comparing a bus in stereo with a dual mono verision of the same buss (Left and right) or are you comparing the left and the right version ?

Zo,

I did it now I'm confused. JK

Here's what I did. I routed tracks to a split buss with no output. I created 2 sends (Panned hard L & R) and routed those to 2 separate busses, each containing an instance of maag. I then ouput those 2 maag busses to the master. It works and sounds fine - more pronounced. I'm not interested in doing this though at this point since the maag according to this thread handles stereo and mono channels. It does give me parallel maag control.

Picture is worth a 1000 words.
