That looks like the Park Cities area.
My guess is he didn't steal them, he's just an idiot with money(probably his dad's or a trust fund) and has the attention span of a gnat. Offer him $10. He'd probably rather be playing MP3's in his BMW anyway.

That's a no-brainer unless the bidding drives them up over a couple thousand bucks. Then, it's still a deal, just not a no-brainer any more.
