I just bought some Groove Monkee metal midi loops to use with my visiting nephew.
 
I paid and now I'm waiting for a email with download info... how long is this gonna take?

Did you look in your account? - from memory the downloads you have purchased are always shown there and you can download from there as many times as you want - I don't remember them sending specif download links

They did away with using accounts in May 2014... I just read that in their FAQ.
 
"Legacy" purchases are still available in the accounts and frankly, I can't even figure out how to log in to my old account.
 
I'm multi tasking trying to set my nephew up with guitar rig while doing this... so I may just be too dumb at the moment to see the login button. :-)
 

Found my login and see my old purchases... but not this morning's purchase.
 
I feel silly... I have a complete kit mic'ed up, just sitting here, but I can't fake it as a metal drummer. :-)
 

The new downloads are only available by an email link. At least that is how it was in May when I called them about a different issue. The emails should be almost immediate. Call them.

I'm sure you already know this but just in case, check your spam in your email.  lately even companies i have been regularly getting email from keep ending up in spam.

Russ at Groove Monkee saw my email request for help and sorted it out ASAP!!!
 
I used PayPal and the email was sent to the PayPal email on record rather than the email that I gave Groove Monkee.
 
They did a great job of helping me out and now my nephew is rocking to a metal beat. ;-)
 
 

 
Glad it worked out for you Mike. Any dealings that I have had with Groove Monkee has always been resolved promptly. Great company and I love their midi  stuff.
