Adults who watch TV three hours or more a day may double their risk of premature death from any cause. Researchers suggest adults should consider getting regular exercise, avoiding long sedentary periods and reducing TV viewing to one to two hours a day.

So basically, if shows like Jersey Shore & Honey Boo Boo were extended to 3 hours, the problem would take care of itself?

A glimmer of hope!

Then females that work on a computer or a student in college should not have to sit in front of a monitor for the work day. Oh, only TV, and computers are not the same.

Well, I am just happy then that they only make a hour and a half movie sometimes even less because some of these latest movies have been like over 2 hours, like 2 hours 20 minutes.
Before they use to have like an intermission with the movie, not nowadays though.

How can you get more popcorn when the movie keeps going on then?
