Just wanted to learn which plugins you've discovered or in some cases re-discovered lately that are getting more and more use in your setup. I find it somewhat surprising that I'm using melda and klanghelm plugs so often. I appreciate Bit for giving more insight to the melda offerings - really like mdynamiceq and the leveler plugin. Also, I've been using klanghelm plugins for a couple of years. Both of his free plugs can stand toe to toe with a lot of major brands. On a related note: reading as least the first page of the manual to get the IVGI setup properly will bring out the strength of that great sounding console plug.

Sonar's pro-channel. Its taken over from T-Racks as my first port of call for effects.

The Maag is the bomb...someone has it for $70 on KVR...and I drool..
I have the free one...and it works...but the real Maag is better...IMO.

There is one plugin that just keeps amazing me anew every time I use it. I could tell you what it is, but it's my secret weapon and I'd rather take undeserved credit for my mixing abilities than admit the truth.

Learning moment here for me. IYO - What sets this one apart from other eq's?

Another dusted off plug I used to undervalue it guitar rig 5. Now that I use the high cpu setting, I'm finding this to be a much better plugin than I used to give it credit for...
 
I also really like the S-gear module. I use this one a lot as well.

The Maag is clean as clean and can put a sheen on your mix machine...
It has great character, and the Air Band, for adding "air" at the top...
unparalleled IMO...it's a monster...

Want a taste...try this one...it's a Clone of the Maag, nice, but not quite
as good...

Had access to the hardware version of the Maag Audio EQ years ago, absolutely loved it, and now I have the plug-in, and it is one of the most remarkable emulations I own. It remains my not-so-secret weapon<G>!
