The other thing that really annoys me is when someone buys into that crap, and you post a link to a site which debunks it, they respond by saying "Well, those sites just have their own bias".
 
 

Reminds me of a friend that got mad at me because I kept posting links debunking the stuff she shared day after day. She needed to live in a world where sirens exist. 

So Snopes was NOT her friend, eh? 

White space on the Internet is not empty. In fact it is all "1"s. On the other hand it is better if it is all black because black is all "0"s and that is a fact. It is easier and things run cooler on a computer if it is in black than in white, therefore the energy expended with all white space is adding to global hairy-carry.
The throne however is in the bathroom it is called the "crapper".
