I'm from NYC …specially Manhattan and I lived there for 2 thirds of my life before I moved out West ….
on real hot humid days  I still wore long sleeves and jackets because I didn't want your sweaty A$$ rubbing up against me while I'm ridding the train during rush hour 
then I solved that problem real quick by riding a motorcycle everywhere ….
