looks like this thread's been edited and several posts were removed.  someone must have gotten offended.

anyway - it does sound pretty good, but I have to agree with Drew.  I think a guitarist will be spending a lot more time trying to learn voicings that a keyboardist would play on an organ than hemight want to spend.

Yeah, I was thinking that the playing like the guy in the video would likely not be as easy as it looks.. BUT it still should be some real fun and should trigger creativity.
People need to take it for what it is... a guitar pedal, not a replacement for an organ.

How does one tell?

The post numbers are still consecutive,  I guess it automatically parses them back in order?

I think they were all deleted at the end - maybe it starts the next post correctly if the new one is at the end?

but I know I posted something about organs and bapu posted something and I thought you, MM posted about daryl's uncle... and now those posts are all gone.

Well I started the thread, and I certainly haven't furtled around with any posts. Anyway, isn't it only an admin that can do that?

There is a great shop / online supplier not that far from where I live in the UK called Stompbox, who specialise almost exclusively in...well....erm, stompboxes... If I can, I will pay them a visit and then at least be able to have a try before you buy.

Like a lot of the guitarists on here with studios, I have keyboard chops too, but I think this could have a place in a live band scenario which is guitar based, just to change round the sound on a couple of numbers to keep some variety going...It certainly took me by surprise when the promo video dropped in my inbox...

and offensive! ;-)

Garry - I certainly did not mean you had done anything to the posts.  It was probably reported to a mod and the offending posts were deleted.  no biggie.

I"m sure this box has some definite market value and could be useful to bands without keys.  and it doesn't sound too bad, but I hope that those who buy it don't find it too difficult to make it sound as good as the guy in the video did!

I demand the right to be offended and this thread deletion has denied me the opportunity.

I was wondering why I had alarms and sirens going off during the night.  That happens when my post count goes down...
