While there has been a pleasant exchange going on about the recent release of TransReckon (which I ended up grabbing at its intro price), I've been looking at MTransient and thinking that is a pretty powerful alternative.
Other thread:
http://forum.cakewalk.com...nsReckon-m3061039.aspxI see presently MTransient is super discounted to about $12. I'm not hesitating to grab it now at that price. Probably just a couple days at this price.
Just also want to note, in case anyone has picked up on my appreciation for IzoTope's Alloy 2, that included in Alloy 2 there's a very useful Transient Shaper as well. One could skip the transient designers and just pick up Alloy 2 and you'd have transient design capabilities and so much more.
But MTransient at $12 is a no brainer.
