Same here. I think giving the Mello away was a bad move on UVIs part. It seems somewhat inferior to Newtron Bomb and M-Tron that its sort of prejudiced me against their products.

YES, but no where NEAR the quality of that of ST 3 

I have a 10% discount in my account as I have Mello. (got it free)
 
Looks like a good package and would be right up my street but I am well covered with the, G-Force stuff, the Arturia V collection, Some of the Korg VSTis, FM8 and a lot of vintage stuff for Kontakt including most of Hollow Sun's output.
