Am I Lazy?

Am I lazy fer not mic'n my amp when I record something? I use my POD X3 (as in Sonar X-3, coinsidense?) I could prooly get a better sound. I have the mic's. SM 57 , 58, Condenser thingy. I Am guilty of rushing thru a recording to get something down cuz I want to move on to this or that. The last thing I did in Am cuz I didn't want to take the trouble of using one of those"other" keys. Something to ponder..lazy ....... or I ???

When I record using my POD HD, I usually have quite a bit of EQ'ing to do afterwards to get the sound to work.

When I record using an amp and a 57, there's usually very little I need to do afterwards.

So mic'n the amp is the lazy thing, as far as I'm concerned.

Mebbe... but you are not as lazy as I A Minor, and no way you are more lazy than I AM.

Just get one of those new Gigson Memory Cables. I wonder if they work with Fedner guitars...
