You guys. You start with a serious topic - GC SUX! - and then derail it with talk of limes, of all things. As if there wasn't enough inherent humor in the original topic to sustain the thread. And you see what happens: the thread died 3 days ago instead of carrying from its own inertia for weeks.

so far the new mixer has worked out well.  it has fantastic pucker power!

Well you demand cheap gear, they hire cheap help. What did you expect ?? Einstein to come out and help you ?? 

I would totally buy gear from Einstein. First, because I would be fascinated by the idea that the right sound could rip a hole in the space-time continuum. Second, because math isn't his cup of tea and there's a good chance I could get a crazy deal.
