FWIW, Sean Costello's blog over at Vahallla DSP has some great insghts about reverb.
 
If you search hard you can find some great discussions at Gearslutz between Michael Carnes from Lexiicon/Exponential Audio and Casey Dowdell from Bricasti that have lots of great info.
 
There are also some nice presentations made by Barry Blesser that have been published on the web. He shares some pretty intense insights about reverb and human perception.
