As previously described in this THREAD, I finally got around to using the Auto-Blend Focus-Stacking tool in Elements XXL2 (loaded as a plug-in in Photoshop Elements 11).
 
Here are a few of the finished images for your perusal
 
For each group of the same flower, the magnification factor (i.e. the length of the extension tube between lens and camera) increses from top to bottom.

Those are my kind of photos!!  My wife loves to shoot ultra close ups of flowers and such.  I may have to get her some "post production" software as well.  Quite luverly, Straummy!!

Very artistic work there Steve. You've got a great eye for this stuff, and your technical knowledge is growing by leaps and bounds. Very impressive stuff.

Nice photos, but all I have are some dandelions. Godzilla is on though, and I heard he is going to wreck (trample) all the flowers in the world (and cities and cars and everything about).
