New features in V2.0 include full support for BS.1770-3 and EBU R 128,logging, manual mode (start/stop), and oversampled peak measurement that accurately indicates the peak level of the audio after D/A conversion.

This looks nice, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. It wasn't a VST I could put on the master bus, unless that's changed.

It runs as a standalone using your audio card, not as a plugin in you daw.
If you can't get the meters to work you might want try or keep it for it's Analysis feature.
There's many R128 / EBU meters available now & as R128 becomes more the norm you'll see more.
I also suggested a feature to Jeron at Toneboosters which I hope he'll work on for a future product.
