A baritone guitar tuned down an octave, resulting in other-worldly deep pads and plucks. $2.99. Demo here. Buy here.

these "tiny" Iron Packs are going to drive me to bankruptcy!

But dang, they are clever...

I think of it as Methadone for GAS.

Bit, did you get the baritone guitar?  Any good?

I listened to the demo and decided to pass. I have to hear something in the demo songs that a) would fit my style and b) I can't do with my existing samples and software synthesizers. I didn't hear anything in there I can't do with Zebra.

I've not always been so picky. My disk is chock-full of libraries that were cheap but ultimately never found a use in any compositions.

well I did get it, and I think it's pretty darned good! I'd say the first patch is among the best of any of the Iron Packs. There are a few that require some real tweaking, at least to my tastes. Overall, worth the $3

OK, Bill. After your endorsement I caved and got it.

I think I can use this after all. Just gotta kill the excessive reverb on those plucks first...
