yes there's been lots of these -
in that vein:
here's Bruce sped up to 45 so he sounds like Dolly:

Also, here's Jolene slowed down to 33.33, but with Dolly's voice pitch shifted back to normal:

And here's an app to do it sans turntable:

As I always suspected Dolly is actually a cross dressing Elvis impersonator .

Wow.... I actually like the slower version and Dolly's voice is so much more tolerable.

I posted this upstairs some time ago as an example in a serious thread someone started about how changing the tempo of a song can make such a difference and not one person commented - go figure ?

Slowlene sounds great to me.

Very cool vibe at that speed. The best she has sounded.

The weird thing is that on the ends of phrases...I could still hear it was her unmistakeable twang and warble. Loverly!

I've heard a few, but rarely do they work to be enjoyed. I listened to the Dolly one several times yesterday, and being a bloke enjoyed singing along in the new range. The Bruce one is surprising though, but one listen was enough.

Maybe Dolly ought to release slowed-down stuff under another identity. Who'd know?

I agree.  Sharke posted this same track a few months ago and I ended up listening a few times.
