This may help some of you in case you don't know it yet.
 
As you know, N.I installation asked that you do not change any folder after installation to prevent error, for the Service Center to track your version and updates correctly.
 
But you may want to manage your vst at a later time, and NI support provides me with this link (move your vsti) :

Just moved all my NI plugs that is scattered into \DAW_VST\32\NI and \DAW_VST\64\NI in one quick pass.
 
Other vendors should come up with similar tool.
